Q: What is a Star Mate?
A: A Star Mate is an 8x10 print that features and individual photo and group photo with the subject's name, year, and school/league logo. Click HERE to see a sample.
Q: What are the other "Star" Products listed on my order form?
A: "Star" Products are enhanced digital products that feature the suject's photo, graphic border, name, year and school/league logo. Click HERE to see samples of our "Star" Products.
Q: Do I have to order a package?
A: Ordering a package will save you money over ordering products individually, but is not required.
Q: Can I order just a group photo?
A: Yes you can. Please know that all of our packages come with a group photo in the Star Mate.
Q: Do I have to fill out an order form for each photo?
A: Yes. A separate order form is required for each photo taken. For example, if you have two children and you wnat the photographed individually and together, you would need three separate order forms.
Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check, Master Card and Visa.
Q: Can I re-order more photos after I receive my package?
A: Yes. There is a reorder card inside your package that provides instructions on how to re-order online or by mail. Please note: pricing for re-orders is higher than those offered on picture day.
Q: Something is wrong with my package, what do I do?
A: Please call us at 978-249-2324 and we will make it right.
